Keep Calm & Create Your Dopamenu is a relaxing and empowering workshop for women, blending mindfulness with neuroscience to help you cultivate daily joy and balance. You'll learn how to create your own dopamenu—a personalized list of small, science-backed activities that boost dopamine and enhance well-being. The workshop also includes deep relaxation practices, such as autogenic training, to help you reset your mind and body.
All of this takes place in a supportive and friendly women's circle, where you can unwind, share, and connect. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere with warm tea and a healthy snack, making this experience both nourishing and uplifting.
